*******MONTHLY DUES INCREASE TO $150.00 EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2024**********
Payments:
• Payments should be mailed to PO Box 4611, Oak Ridge, TN 37831
• Payments are due on the 1st of each month
• Payment checks should note the unit(s) number and the month(s) for payment
• Payments postmarked after the 20th of the month will be accessed a late fee (regardless of date of check)
• Late charge invoicing will occur if insufficient or undesignated payments have been received to fully apply to the current months’ dues. Payments will be applied to the month designated, unless that month has already been paid in full. Payments designated for future monthly dues will be applied to those months’, even if there are current or prior months’ which have ben paid in full. Late charge invoicing will occur if insufficient payments has been received to fully apply to the current months’ dues.
